Apartment building for the Kumars' joint family | functional compact and minimalistic

The Apartment

Built on a corner plot of 30'x60'. Each floor is identical. Each apartment has three bedrooms with two attached and one common bathroom, living room, dining room, spacious kitchen and four balconies and a cozy lobby attached to a stairwell, with a stand-in balcony.

The terrace recreates the ground and serves as a family gathering space. Nine custom designed panels on the North façade of the house go as built-in murals.
